I downloaded Flock a while back and tried it then. Can't remember why I stopped using it-- could be because it was before I was Facebooking and Twittering.

Now, because of your screencast, I'm giving it a second try and liking it lots!

Don't mean to hog your comments section, but I'm really liking the People bar. When I select a Facebook friend, I can click on Media and the media bar streams their media from their facebook account. Very cool and convenient!

Flock looks really interesting - you did a great job at identifying all the great features - thanks! I think I'll go try it out now.

Nicely done, Aloha! It does look very cool and I will try it. I also liked your clever way of ending on the blogspot site so you could show the URL for our blog of Cool Tools!

Aloha, you packed a lot in but it was all great stuff! Do you know how flock handles privacy issues?

I lock Flock and have also been using Chrome, Google's new browser. Chrome still has some issues though, and Flock seems much more complete. Great job!

Wow - thanks for all your great comments everyone! I really appreciate the feedback and kind words. I'm sure you are all now just as addicted as I am.

Jeffra - For Flock's privacy policy, see http://flock.com/privacy (it seems pretty standard, but I'm no expert). What specific privacy issues were you primarily concerned with?

Jeffra Diane said...

Not really anything in particular. Sometimes I just get this overwhelming feeling of how much information about me is out there, and even more nervous when it is call locatable through one place or application. Does that make any sense?

Aloha Record said...

Jeffra: yes, that totally makes sense. I guess I am increasingly finding myself in the situation where I care less and less about my personal privacy. Horrible, I know.

Thanks for sharing this one! What a great information management tool. It brings it all together. I'm going to play around with it and I think this will now be my personal page. Is there an IM feature too?
