Feed43 is a free, web-based tool for converting web pages to RSS feeds or customizing existing RSS feeds. It can be used to "scrape" a web page into RSS or to transform an existing feed into a new feed. It allows many options for control and customization, providing the opportunity to create new and interesting RSS feeds for your library.
